DK Śródmieście occupies a historic tenement building whose entrance hall features large mountain landscapes painted by Olsztyn artist Franz Formanski. The property opened in July 2020 and offers four apartments with a combined capacity of 11 guests (4, 3, 2 and 2).

Built between 1900 and 1905, the building originally belonged to Anton Wagner, hence its name, Wagner’s tenement. It survived the war and became state property in 1945. It was divided into flats with shared kitchens, corridors and bathrooms; some units were sold to their tenants in 2004. The building also houses the Polish Teachers’ Union. Small shops and services occupy the ground floor along Mazurska and Dąbrowszczaków, including a pawnshop, a grocery shop and Al Numero 15 Italian bistro. The upper floors contain flats and apartments.
