DK Warmińska Secesja is our largest property: 12 independent units across four levels, from the ground floor to the third floor. It is a practical choice for families, friends and business groups who want several apartments close together while retaining privacy.
Each unit has its own cooking facilities and private bathroom. The interiors share an elegant style with distinctive high headboards. Larger apartments have dining and living areas; additional guests can use sofa beds, with less comfort than a separate bed and reduced living space.
There are three different units on each level. The compact rooms ending in 03 have a kitchenette and bathroom and are best for short stays; choose a larger apartment for a longer visit. Studio 301 sleeps two without additional sofa-bed spaces. Please check each unit’s description and floor plan for its exact layout.
Facilities include Smart TV, Wi-Fi, cooking facilities and a dining table. Bathrooms have walk-in showers. The building is in the paid parking zone. For group stays, contact us to arrange a suitable combination of apartments. The historic building and staircase are awaiting renovation.
